TORELINA™ A504X90 by Toray is a branched polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Offers excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, excellent chemical resistance, good physical strength, superb fluidity and outstanding dimensional stability. TORELINA™ A504X90 is used in switches, connectors and other electronic and electric components, alternators and other automobile components and in office equipment components including chassis parts and housings.

Ⅰ. 耐熱性
具有良好的長(zhǎng)期耐熱性，能在200℃～240℃溫度下持續(xù)使用。也能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)承受 260℃以上的高溫。
Ⅱ. 機(jī)械強(qiáng)度
熔點(diǎn)約為280℃，玻璃態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移溫度約為90℃，熱變形溫度介于260℃～270℃之間，甚至在較高的溫度下仍然保持很高的強(qiáng)度，同時(shí)具有優(yōu)秀的抗蠕變性能。
Ⅲ. 耐熱水性
吸水率很低，在熱水中仍具有較高的強(qiáng)度。
Ⅳ. 耐化學(xué)藥品性
具有很強(qiáng)的耐酸、堿和各種有機(jī)溶劑的特性，僅次于氟樹脂。
Ⅴ. 阻燃性
在未添加任何阻燃劑的情況下，仍具有較高的阻燃性(UL94 燃燒性V0等級(jí))。
Ⅵ. 電氣性能
在高溫、高濕條件下，仍具有較好的電氣性能。
Ⅶ. 尺寸穩(wěn)定性
由于其耐熱性、耐水性和耐化學(xué)藥品性能好，在各種環(huán)境中都呈現(xiàn)出很好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性。
